Background

Originally from Santa Barbara, I spent my collegiate years in Washington D.C. at The George Washington University. Among other things, I interned at D.C. Public Schools, went to Barack Obama's second inauguration, worked as a waitress at the best burger bar in Georgetown and graduated with my B.A. in Sociology. I spent 8 sunny years living in Los Angeles, working at some of the nation’s top publishers, learning how to create, produce and execute all things content. From LA, I ventured up to the Pacific Northwest for a marketing opportunity at adidas. After spending 5 years in Portland working, reading, hiking, and eventually buying and flipping a house, my partner and I headed south to the Bay Area, where we currently reside.
